Can I change plans?
Yes. Changes take effect as soon as you confirm. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for, or straight away if a payment is overdue.
Do I need an account for Free?
No. Anyone can use Free without signing up. Accounts are only needed to upgrade.
What about refunds?
Cancel any time, no charges for future periods. The period you've already paid for isn't refunded, but any account credit left when your plan ends is refunded to the payment method you paid with — see the Terms.
Where do model costs go?
We pay the underlying providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) for every request. Your plan covers that and the rest of running the service.
